Jen did an excellent job helping us understand the home buying process. She was attentive to all of our questions, and always responded quickly by text or email. She worked with us to identify our needs and gave us tools to narrow down our search. She was very knowledgeable about what we should look out for when we had showings in homes, and she seemed genuinely invested in making sure we found a place that fit us.
